disappointed with myself

i did mistake again.. it kinda piss me off whenever i did something wrong and cause the world trouble and problem. why do i have to be so careless? cant i concentrate a little and dun let them catch any of my mistake at all... impress of me instead of disappointed.. i am truly disappointed now....
