work

thing is changing in working.. at least i feel it is changing.. having my executive leaving and me doing her part.. work load increase like nobody business.. i work my shit out everyday.. trying to cover my own work as well as the executive work.. well, this is somehow people call as life.. and this is the reality.. no one will pity u for doing 2 persons work. they assume that it is one of ur responsibility. no one will feel u are really good or great as u can finish 2 persons work at required time frame. no one will pay u more for the extra one person work that u been doing for months, because they feel it is your obligation and responsibility to do them.. this is life.. this is reality.. and this is my current working status..
relations with colleague has been better. i am pretty impress with the improvement though.. i now have lunch partner.. where she do brought her own food to work and she will bring it up to the pantry and have it with me.. or sometime there is this girl from upstair will purposely come down and have a lunch break chat with me before continuing her work.. stuff between colleague in my department is improving too.. relation with all the married aunty is getting better and they seem to ask me more and i seem to talk a lil more though i still seem pretty quiet to them.. (i know.. i am noisy in school.. it must be a miracle i could actually not saying a word from the 7am to 6pm)
what else, of course in term of efficiency, i am getting better.. i am kinda use to the system and what should i be doing when i am free or u know.. finish up everything on my hand.. i plans more often now and i keep coming up with ideas on how to improve on my work performance as well as not forgetting work i should be doing..
