happy mid-autumn

Today is the actual chinese mid-autumn festival. was not a big event that we should actually celebrate but just feel like having a family reunion dinner. it will be nice being surrounded by love one.. Well, it has been lots things happening in my family. A reunion like this mean a lot to me. At least to me, even if it is not to the rest.

Anyway, i come home late from work so basically the dinner start at 8pm. We gather my youngest uncle family together as well. So, my mummy spend half day working on the dinner tonight. thanks mummy.. I guess, a simple dinner like this make mummy feel she is useful, she still have us around her. though it does not happen frequently but still, it mean something to her.. i think..

let me list the dishes we have for dinner tonight.

1. steamed chicken

2. roasted duck

3. marmite pork rib

4. tomato sos prawn

5. steamed prawn

6. fried broccoli

7. herbal soup

then after dinner, my sis, me and 2 cousins going for the tradisional "lantern walking".. haha.. seem like nowaday everyone play in front of their house only.. no more like how we used to lor..i drive them out looking for those nice nice lantern (actually i am looking one myself.. that is why die die also i wish to have one.. haha) but cannot get.. cause last day dy kua.. nvrm la.. we use the paper one lor.. then walk awhile.. take a couple of picture.. spend time talking with cousin.. and invited neighbour to walk together.. 1st neighbour activities i have with them.. haha.. after 10 years staying beside each other..

After the walk it is about 10 plus dy lor.. come back take bath then need to eat the dessert dy.. it seem like lantern fest end very fast.. haha.. below is the dessert i brought home for them. it is jelly mooncake.. nice looking rite? taste also not bad de.. =P

have our mooncake, tea and chitchat.. near to 11pm we send them off.. i also a lil wearing off dy.. but feel happy.. that is why on fb and posted one pic and decided to blog.. while listening to lee hom i blogged.. =)

well, actually lantern fest mean something else to me. something i have not been blogging, something i have been keeping deep down inside me for few years. when this happen, i haven start this blogging. i used to write in friendster, blog there too. well, i didn say that blog help me get into a relationship rite? well, this lantern fest somehow remind me of him. he is back close near to me. i didn know what i feel currently but i am comfy with how everything is. just, the memory is nice. the memory is sweet. wont be trading it with anything. when i have courage and feel it is ok to blogged everything out, i will.. just now, i feel the time has yet to come =)
