Sepang Gold Coast - teambuilding

Venue: Sepang Gold Coast

This is the yearly teambuilding/excursion if we did hit our monthly reporting. This year has been different. i have been working in the same company for more than a years. All i can say is time flies. Human to human relationship in my company are a little awkward. the environment isn something i think/dream that i will be facing in the working environment. People around are harder to meet and harder to have heart to heart talk i guess.
Well, this year i feel different. could feel that i can bond with them closer. this teambuilding create lots opportunity for everyone to know each and everyone better. I bet all of us have fun and have a deeper understanding on how each and everyone is right now.

it was a fine weekend when we are there. we were spilt into 2 groups and above is my team members. i am the selected leader where it did shocked me to dead as my finance manager is in my team. haha, but still i have fun.. just dun enjoy him calling me boss.. haha..
we did cycling, volleyball-ing, canoe-ing, wind-surfing and surf board paddling (infact, we did not paddle.. it is difficult to stand on the surf board, to lift my paddle, i felt straight into the sea)

of course there is arguement. well, where there is people there is arguement. however, as long as we enjoy.. it doesn really matter rite? the above picture is the team that we work together as a finance team =)

after the 3 days, i somehow feel belong to the company. after working for a year. it is pretty funny i know.. but, i did not feel the bond within each other.. i always thought that after working we will have off office dinner, drink and etc.. but in my department, hmm.. i guess i choose to remain silent.. anyway, hope things will be getting better from time to time =)
